The company TEOXANE ITALIA Srl, with registered office at Piazza dei Martiri 1943-1945, no. 5, 40121, Bologna, P. VAT 03221631207 (hereinafter “TEOXANE ITALIA Srl”) operates the website https://www.teoxane.it , through which it is authorised to sell its cosmeceutical products (hereinafter “Products”) to users who visit the website (hereinafter “Users”).
General conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale govern the methods and conditions of sale of products marketed by TEOXANE ITALIA Srl on the website https://www.teoxane.it. All contracts for the sale of products by TEOXANE ITALIA Srl are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of any proposal, order and confirmation of purchase order for the products. If you visit or purchase on this site, you agree to the terms herein, so read them carefully. The terms of sale applicable to your order are those in effect on the date of your order. These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, including those applicable to sales made by other distribution or marketing channels. These Terms of Sale are accessible at any time on this site. Within these General Terms of Sale, the term “Parties” shall jointly refer to Users and TEOXANE ITALIA SRL and the term “Party” shall refer to one of the two separately. “Buyer” shall mean all Users who have placed an order for the purchase of products delivered exclusively to Italy. The Buyer shall refer to and apply the same rights and obligations as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Users. TEOXANE ITALIA SRL reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The General Conditions of Sale applicable to the order are those accepted by the Buyer at the time of the order.
The Site
https://www.teoxane.it is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet. The site is owned and created by TEOXANE SA. The sale of the Products through the Site is intended solely for the personal use of Users and not for the purposes of their professional activities. Any order that does not meet these two requirements will be treated by TEOXANE ITALIA SRL as a fraudulent or suspicious order and as such will be void. The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered exclusively to the territory of the Italian Republic, except for the Vatican State and the Republic of San Marino. Orders with a delivery address to a mailbox cannot be processed. Users who wish to purchase on the Site, aware of civil and criminal liability for false statements, declare that they have full legal capacity and are of legal age for the purposes of Italian law. Each purchase order for Products offered on the Site implies the consultation and express acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without, however, this acceptance being conditional on a handwritten signature of the User.
In accordance with Articles 1321, 1322, 1326, 1335 of the Civil Code, Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, Legislative Decree no. 185/99, implementing Directive 97/7/EC, and Presidential Decree 513/97, the completion and submission of the order form constitutes for all legal purposes a purchase and sale agreement between TEOXANE ITALIA Srl and the Site User, from which mutual rights and obligations governed by civil law arise. You may save and print the General Terms of Sale, provided that you do not make any changes to them.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale define, in the context of the relationships established between the Parties on the Site, their respective rights and obligations arising from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site.
Prices
The prices of the products shown on https://www.teoxane.it are shown in euros. Prices include value added tax (VAT) and any changes to the applicable rate will be reflected in the price of products sold on https://www.teoxane.it by TEOXANE ITALIA SRL. Prices for products published from time to time supersede the foregoing. TEOXANE ITALIA Srl reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of products published on its website at the time of confirmation of the purchaser’s order. The sale price may be changed by TEOXANE ITALIA SRL at any time without notice. This change will be reported to the buyer prior to any order. Prices shown on the site do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be quoted prior to order validation by the buyer.
Order
Before confirming your order, you have the option to verify your order details, the total price and can, if necessary, change your order before confirming. From the moment the purchaser confirms the order by clicking on the order confirmation button, it is believed that he/she has knowingly accepted the prices, volumes and quantities of the products ordered and the order will be considered final. The purchaser submitting the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation of the order by TEOXANE ITALIA Srl. TEOXANE ITALIA Srl recommends that the order confirmation be retained. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by TEOXANE ITALIA Srl constitutes evidence of the purchaser’s order.
Promotional offers, discounts, vouchers
Promotional offers are only valid within the offer period. Promotional offers and other discounts cannot be combined.
Payments
Prices shown are valid only for Italy and inclusive of VAT. Delivery to the buyer’s home is included in the price displayed

TEOXANE ITALIA Srl delivers directly to the address indicated by the purchaser at the time of order; therefore, the goods ordered are completely at the risk of Teoxane Italia Srl. Depending on the destination area of the goods, deliveries may take place over a period of 2 to 5 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Areas
Teoxane Italia Srl delivers all over the country using express couriers.
Order progress
Teoxane Italia Srl makes available to buyers registered on the Internet an online tool for viewing the current status of their orders.
Product Unavailability
If the products ordered are temporarily unavailable, Teoxane Italia Srl will promptly inform the purchaser, without prejudice to the latter’s right to waive the order.
Cancelling Orders
Teoxane Italia Srl makes available to Customers registered on the Internet an online tool for the cancellation of orders transmitted.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, has the Right to withdraw from the Contract and proceed with the return of the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to TEOXANE ITALIA Srl – Piazza dei Martiri 1943-1945 No. 5 40121 Bologna - writing to the address cosmetici@teoxane.com.
Teoxane Italia Srl shall reimburse the amount paid within 14 days of the notice of Withdrawal by the buyer. The refund is made by the same means of payment as the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
The right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised after opening the packages. However, even after opening the packages, the buyer may use the “satisfied or reimbursed” clause described in the next point.

Protection of minors
